Boyd K. Vaziri, M.D. specializes in the most advanced laser vision correction technology available today. His focus on personalized and attentive care throughout the entire process provides his patients with both an exceptional result and a pleasant LASIK experience. As an experienced, board certified refractive surgeon, he performs laser vision correction procedures for nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, he provides general eye care for glasses and contact lenses, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease. Dr. Vaziri has performed thousands of eye surgeries since completing medical school in 2001. He is a firm believer in community service, providing free eye exams and surgery for uninsured, low-income patients affiliated with the Charlotte Community Health Clinic. He is also a volunteer ophthalmologist for EyeCare America, a public service program designed to preserve sight by providing access to medical eye care. Dr. Vaziri is married and the proud father of two young sons. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, reading, and traveling with his wife and children.
